They do a very good job and I have used them several times. The owner of the company really knows what he is doing. When I call their number, I normally reach the owner of the company as well! Typically they send two workers out and they make sure you are happy with the work. He goes beyond what is expected. He communicates well and is very responsive to your calls and questions.

I contacted them in November or December for a quote on gutter cleaning. They said this was a busy time of year and quoted me $105 for a medium sized home (a split level, no steep roof). I eventually found another company who did a great job for $90 (essentially the same price.) I called again in January to see if they would be a good option for some gutter repair work I needed done. They told me it would be $65 for every 10 feet of gutter that needed re-securing, and $65 for every 10 feet of flashing they added. But I have no idea if the flashing I need will be that straightforward, and they made it very clear that they can't guarantee that is what's needed. This is unfortunate, because I have no idea how much money the repairs would cost. (To be fair, they'd let me do just part of the repairs to equal the $85, but I'd like to get all the work done and be done with it.) I am going to look for some other companies that can give me a free quote for comparison purposes. I understand, from the company's point of view, that no one wants to waste money to pay crews who aren't bringing in revenue. However, since most other companies are willing to give free estimates, the company should understand if they lose some business over this policy. Luckily for them, most people need their gutters cleaned about every 6 months to a year, so customers can roll estimate work into those visits.

For 20 years I've cleaned my own gutters, now I don't know why. I really wish I would have called Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners years ago. From the time that I called for a quote until the job was complete, everything went perfectly as planned. They e-mailed me a quote, scheduled a date, showed up on time, did a great job and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. They discovered that three of my vent caps had rotted away. I knew this to be true because I had seen them myself. They offered to repair them and perform the work right then if I wanted to take care of the problem. It took them 15 min. to do a great job on the repair. I had a great experience with Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners and will be calling them in the years to come.

Groupon Deal was well worth it. Two guys came out exactly when I was emailed (and reminded again with a phone call) that they would. They blew my gutters with large blowers, blew the debris away and then thoroughly washed the siding, windows, back concrete slab and furniture. They gave me an estimate for gutter guards with several options. I have chosen not to do it at this time. Nice, polite workers. Good job."

Excellent experience, would recommend them without reservation. They were timely, did a great job @ a fair price.
