I received a special email from Angie's list and responded to the special, was given a date and they came when they said they would. They did their job and I paid them. No problems.

Start to finish? Prompt, polite, thorough and neat. Did a good job and didn't leave a mess.

The foreman arrived at the appointed time, and after he inspected my roof and gutters, he came down armed with an iPhone full of photos of all the problems on my roof. We'd just purchased the house and the property had been neglected. We negotiated a price for the repairs/additional services and they were done quickly. The foreman showed me before-and-after photos when he was finished. The house looked much better and I'm sure the roof is in better shape.

The deal included a certain amount of square footage. Upon arrival of servicemen, I asked if the deal would cover my detached garage and deck as well as my house. They first said that it would be an additional $50 for the deck. But in the end, I wasn't charged anything extra. I am pleased that they were willing to give me my money's worth on the deal even though my configuration wasn't exactly as the service had been described in the deal. The servicemen were very nice and professional. They worked quickly and thoroughly and walked with me around the house and garage at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the service. While pressure washing the roof the servicemen found that three vent boots were cracked (chewed!) and needing replacement. They had taken pictures of the damage to show me and gave me an estimate for the work to repair it. I could call the office to schedule the work if I wanted to. I looked up other companies to do the work and compared prices, the quote provided by Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners was the best. The quote included a 3 year guarantee on the work. I called the office later that afternoon to schedule the work at the quoted price. The office personnel were pleasant and professional as well. The vent boot repair was scheduled for a week later. The day before, a manager called to say they had a cancellation that day and asked if they could come that afternoon instead. He said I did not need to be home while the service was rendered. When I arrived home that afternoon, about he time I was told they would be there to do the work, I found the same serviceman as before (Rhett) who had just completed the job. He showed me the old, damaged vent boots and showed me pictures of the completed work. As this job was a change in his planned schedule, he did not have an invoice for me but said it would be emailed to me. I received the invoice the next day and easily paid it online. The only thing that put me off at first was that the scheduling of work was done via email. For the second job, I needed to change the initial scheduled appointment which I did via email. However, the manager was quick to reply and accommodate my change. Overall, the ability to communicate with the service provider was fine.

We used Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners after purchasing Angie's Big Deal for gutter cleaning. We were in desperate need of having our gutters cleaned, so the big deal came right on time. When we called to schedule, they told us they would schedule us based on location and email us the information. We received that information promptly and the service was scheduled for the following week. They came and completed the services within the time frame they gave us, and we were pleased with the work. We were also informed that we needed our gutters replaced, and they gave us a reasonable quote that was in line with the other quotes we received. We would definitely use them again.

They did a good job. They were on time and did what they said they would do and I was pleased with service.
