House looks great. They did a gentle cleaning and detailed exactly as requested.

Appointment was set for them to come out and do the work while I was at work. I came home that afternoon and it wasn't done. On my home phone recorder was a message from the worker who said that was more "feet" that needed nailed/bolted than what I had paid for and could I come out and let them know what I wanted to do? I called the next day and I think it was the owner I talked to and I told him I needed to reschedule, but asked why didn't they call my cell phone especially when I didn't come out from the earlier message? The number was on the paper. He didn't know, but said they should have and he would look into it and he was able to get them back out the next day. I appreciated that. On checking my gutters where repair not done I found several of the bolts,screws,nails popping out and you would have thought they could have just knocked them back in as part of the repair or just out of consideration.Overall, I have been satisfied with the work so far. The gutters are still up there.

I purchased a coupon for the service via Angie's List and called shortly thereafter to schedule the service. It took four calls to schedule the service -- likely because of increased, deal-related traffic -- but we were able to get the service scheduled within the next 10 days. I was told that I didn't need to be here for the service, but planned to be and asked for an arrival window -- the team arrived before the window, though, and I missed them. I once I got home (also before the window) and saw that they had left a receipt, just to ask a few questions -- there wasn't any sign that they'd been here and the gutters didn't look any different. The gentleman that I spoke with was able to go over my questions with me and explained the additional services that they'd recommended.Although I paid with my (pre-paid) Angie's List deal/coupon, I received two invoices for the service -- the first was generated automatically against my paid service and the second was generated after I'd called the office to sort out the first invoice. The issue was resolved, but it was another wrinkle in the process.Overall, I think that I received a good value for my money -- and that the problems that crept up were likely due to increased demand generated by the deal that I (and others!) had taken advantage of. I would definitely use them again!

Overall, I was very satisfied with the work performed. The technicians showed up right on time and the result was excellent. On the down-side, the technicians bickered the entire time (who wants to hear that?) and left some clean-up work to do. They pulled a soaker hose out of the garden, removed and didn't replace the end cap. When the discovered it was a soaker hose, it was thrown to the side. Again, the overall result outweighed the negatives, producing a valuable service for $129.00.

They were professional in scheduling and came on the day and time they stated. I puchased this as a gift for my mother and she was thrilled with their work - particularly their cleanup afterwards.

This is the second time I have used Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners, and I have been impresssed both times. They show up when promised, work quickly and thoroughly, and provide a receipt showing the work done. I will continue to use them in the future.

"I purchased this service through an Angie's List special discounted offer. My roof, gutters and downspouts were cleaned and there was no debris remaining when they left. I was not required to be home when they performed the services. Thy performed the work quickly and efficiently.

"Great, professional service. They called to tell me what day my service was scheduled, made a follow up reminder call and did a wonderful job cleaning the gutters. They left a note detailing what they found and even provided a quote to fix a couple problems with our gutters. They cleaned up and left the property clean of debris blown from the gutter cleaning. Very professional!
