Price is great. Came when the said. Did a good job.

They came out to clean my gutters and it went very well.

The company responded quickly to my request and dealing with them was very easy. They did a good job with no mess to clean up. I would use them again.

They removed all our gutter screens and never replaced them. Just left them in a pile at the side of the driveway. I called and the representative suggested they just forgot to put them back on and would send someone out to put them back in place. It is a month later and the pile of screens remains on the side of the driveway. I guess I will now have to pay someone to put the screens back up as I am too old to get up on the roof. This was my first experience with an Angie's List Email deal. I am now very suspect of these deals as well as the whole rating system. Update: after leaving a failing grade here on Angies list I was contacted by the company and was told that they unfortunately dropped the ball and the screen replacement never made it to the schedule. They sent a team out within a couple of days and the work was completed. I received a very professional email apologizing for their error. Not a typical boiler plate apology but one that clearly took some time to write. The bottom line is my gutters were well cleaned and the cleanup was very good as well. Just an unfortunate mistake on their end keeps this from an overall "A" grade.

This company was very professional when I called them up on a weekend and did a great job answering my questions. They kept me informed via email of when they would do the gutter cleaning. There was no debris left around the house after the actual gutter cleaning. My backyard deck was cleaner than it was before the gutter cleaning. During the next hard rain everything drained out of my gutters properly and there was no longer any overflow. A previously leaky juncture in my gutter where a previous repair was done no longer leaked now that the downspout was cleaned. I was impressed so I have scheduled a pressure washing with them and hopefully I will be just as impressed.

I believe I got my moneys worth, was a little disappointing that they didn't do the small attached deck on the house, when I asked about it they said decks were not included/extra, if that's the case they should be upfront with that, all in all ok though.

Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners did a very good job and I'm so glad we took advantage of Angie's List "Deal of the Day" and hadall our pressure washing done now before it got any worse. They were punctual, polite and we were so happy with the workthat they did. The price was good and we will definitely be using them again in the future for other things.

The first service left me unhappy because it was obvious my downspouts weren't all clear and they had left an estimate for $650 for gutter repair without explanation. I posted a negative review at that time. Brad, the owner, called me to discuss all my concerns. He scheduled a return service when I would be home so I could see exactly what needed to be done and way. He also took a lot of time to give me a lesson on gutter maintenance. I often feel very helpless in the face of household repairs because I really know very little about construction. I don'tt want my home to deteriorate and I certainly don't want to be overcharged or defrauded. Brad was very polite and patient. The second service call involved correcting the angle of some gutters and properly attaching others. During the work a hole in my roof was discovered and temporarily patched. Their roof expert, Kevin arranged to fix it a few days later. He opened it up and photographed the damage. There was an area about 10' x 4' that was water damaged, in fact pretty badly rotted. This was repaired, including the replacement of soggy insulation. I didn't enjoy this unexpected expense, but I feel it was a fair price for materials and labor. The reason I would recommend this company is that they are not in it for a quick payday, but are really concentrating on gaining customer trust and loyalty. So when I was dissatisfied initially, Brad made every effort to see that all my concerns were addressed. The proof of good service is how problems are handled if something goes wrong, and ABGC is dedicated to good service in my experience. I'm not sure I can afford them for routine roof and gutter cleaning as the fall season arrives, but I will certainly use them as much as I can.
