Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners have been cleaning our gutters and roof twice a year for several years. They are responsive, professional and thorough and leave our place clean. I pay my invoice online and all is easy and hassle free.

The two delightful young men that came out were prompt and very courteous and professional, not to mention they did a fantastic job. They cleaned my roof and gutters of debris and they also inspected my roof. They were very helpful with suggestions of some issues that I was already aware existed and they gave me a very reasonable estimate of repair costs. They were not pushy at all but just very helpful. I would highly recommend Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners to anyone and will definitely be using them for my future gutter and roof needs. And I hope it's ok to say this, but they beat The Home Depot's estimate on the gutter and gutter guard replacements by a very large margin. Thank you again Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners. "I needed to have my gutters reattached and selected them based on their reviews and the "deal of the day" for gutter cleaning. I did not think I needed mine cleaned (I have a newer house with no trees dropping leaves on my roof) so I called them. The woman on the phone was very helpful, but told me I needed to scheduled the cleaning in order to get the repair, but they would give me an estimate while here. So, I paid and scheduled. They do not schedule you for service. Instead, they will email you when they will be there. It worked for me, but may not work for you. They did call before arrival and were prompt. Once onsite, the lead on the two man crew told me I would not have needed to buy the gutter cleaning. However, I had already paid through Angie's list so it would have been more of a hassle to change. He then measured the house to give me a quote on re-securing the gutters. My "deal" was they would put lag screws in at a "discounted" cost of $500! I was shocked, but needed it done so I had them go ahead. Overall it took them about 30 minutes to do this, so a very hefty price for what turned out to be a quick job. To be fair, I did not shop around and did not have anything to compare to other than I know I could have hired a local handyman for a fraction of the cost. Overall quality is great and I am happy with the result, but feel I WAY overpaid for the service. It may turn out that $500 was very fair, but for 30 minutes of effort and the installation of about two dozen screws I think it was pretty steep. I noted I would use them again, but I would definitely do some price comparison before I did anything else with them.

They showed up properly and did everything they said they would do.

"I emailed them right after I purchased the deal a few weeks ago to have them come out and give an estimate. It took a couple of weeks for them to get back to me because the email I sent was different than the one on my account. They thought I was not a member so they took awhile to get back to me. I emailed them three days ago and they admitted to their mistake. I wanted a refund because I do not really feel comfortable having them work for me.

Rhett and Shawn did a great job; very professional and thorough. Shawn even made sure I was ready inside at each window (with towels) as he cleaned, so I could stop water from entering at the edges. Rhett took care as well on the concrete. It's great to have the outside clean again.

They did a great job! They came on time, cleaned up and put the invoice in the mailbox. No need to be there and it looked wonderful when I came home!
