Turnaround time for service is typically 3-7 business days, with busier times going as far as 8-12. Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Last Minute Scheduling (optional) Sometimes our crews finish early or a customer cancels and we can add someone at the last minute to do their service sooner than scheduled. If this option becomes available, we may only have a 10 minute window to add you on that day before the crew moves on and many times we can't reach the homeowner to get approval if they are at work or unavailable. By selecting this option you affirm that if such an opportunity occurs to get your service done earlier or immediately, you are giving us permission to move the service up to that point without need to contact and confirm. In this regard the service could be done more quickly, but you won't know till arriving at home and finding the invoice. We will still call you to tell you we are coming out, but this selection gives us permission to do the service even if we can't reach you. DOUBLE MY CLEANING TIME (optional) If it has been a year or longer since your last gutter cleaning, you most likely have lots of decayed debris in the system. When we blow this debris out, it is going to splatter everywhere and be a huge mess. Our basic cleaning is designed to do about 5-10 minutes of ground cleanup of the whole leaves blown out, but we find some homes that can take way longer to get the after cleanup immaculate. On these, under a basic cleaning we just don't have the time to get every single spec of dirt and grime. If it has been a year or longer between cleanings and/or you have plants growing out of the gutters, you may want to double the service time for this one cleaning as that the crews have the time to focus on getting the cleanup immaculate. Select this option and we'll incorporate this into your quote. Then if you keep up with regular cleanings every six months, you can just do basic cleanings then.
